We collect information about you when you voluntarily sign up to our mailing list or complete our contact forms.
Our web servers do automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer. This information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous.

Your name and email address will be collected and added to our mailing list only if volunteered to us by you on the newsletter sign up form or if you click the relevant box on our contact form. Our email marketing also has tracking which allows us to see where subscribers are located, how many times emails are opened, which links are used and whether the email has been shared.
Your email address is not passed on to third parties or shared with people outside of Rules Restaurant Limited.

There is an unsubscribe link in the footer at the bottom of all marketing emails, simply click the link and you will be unsubscribed from all mailing lists but your details will remain in our system.

Go to rules.co.uk/forget-me and complete the form (there is also a link to this form in the footer at the bottom of our site). Please note this is a manual process so one of the team will be in touch with you once the request has been completed.
