The majority of our team were brought in from some of the finest restaurants in London's West End. The Head Chef, Naresh Matta joined us from Soho Spice and The Red Fort. Owner and Managing Director, Sat Lally, ensures consistency throughout and prides himself on having an unrivalled team to guarantee total perfection during your dining experience.

The unparalleled expertise of our chefs has enabled us to craft together an outstanding menu, which caters for a range of taste palettes and preferences. Head Chef, Naresh Matta, explains, "The menu offers a tour of India, with dishes starting from the northern regions of Hydrabad, Punjab, midway through Delhi and Bombay (Mumbai), moving south to the coastline of Goa".
